🔐 Check-In & Access

Door codes are only shared after the primary guest sends a photo ID and a selfie taken in front of the front door.

Check-in is from 4 PM to 12 AM. Arrivals after 12 AM are not permitted. This check-in window allows us to assist you during our host support hours (4 PM – 11 AM).

⏰ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out

We offer early check-in at $50/hour and late check-out at $100/hour, based on availability.

Unauthorized late check-outs may result in a full night-rate penalty.

📢 Complaints & Support

All concerns must be reported within 30 minutes of check-in to be addressed promptly.

Requests for extra amenities or cleanings must be made 24 hours in advance, and by 10 AM for next-day service.

🛎 Reservation Changes & Refunds

Any reservation modifications must be made before 10 AM on the desired day. Changes requested after 10 AM cannot be accommodated due to system limitations.

We do not offer courtesy refunds for any reason.

🧾 Guest Registration (Required)

All guests must be registered by submitting valid photo IDs after booking. Failure to register all guests may result in cancellation without a refund.

🏛 City Rules & Fines

Guests are fully responsible for any city-imposed fines during their stay, plus an additional 20% fee that supports a neighborhood compensation plan.

Any damage caused to the property or missing items must be reimbursed by the guest.
